In-Person Conference

HCSE 2023 will be an in-person conference, so all participants will need to be present in Lisbon, Portugal. A virtual option is not available.

NOTE: If you need a formal invitation letter to be used for the visa application, please send an e-mail to hcse2023@tecnico.ulisboa.pt by the time of registration.

Regular Registration Fees

Early Registration – €450.00

Late Registration – €500.00

Student Registration Fees (a certificate from the Institute is requested)

Early Registration – €250.00

Registration Fees Include:

• Admission to all sessions
• Conference materials (to be announced)
• Tea, coffee and lunches throughout the conference
• The Conference Dinner is also included in the registration fee
• Admission to the Welcome Reception on Thursday morning
• Lisbon tour as part of the Social Programme
